What do you do at Woodrow Mercer?

​I work as a Talent Scout and am responsible for sourcing high calibre candidates that match live vacancies we have across the business. I spend my days speaking with candidates about exciting opportunities we are recruiting for on behalf of our clients within our Tech division. I take a pro-active approach to recruitment and aim to develop a deep understanding of candidate’s requirements to ensure I speak to them not only about our live roles but keep in touch with any future relevant opportunities.
What are the core areas you recruit for?
I currently help with sourcing for the all tech roles. The key areas I usually look at are software development and sales in the US.
What do you enjoy about working for Woodrow Mercer Tech? What do you enjoy most about working in recruitment?

A thing I enjoy about working for Woodrow Mercer is the environment in the office and the people that I work with. Recruitment at times can be very draining and having the right people around can help with it and make it easier.
What are your interests outside of work?

Outside of work I am a huge sports fan and enjoying watching anything from football to boxing and hopefully by the end of this year I will be able to go and watch it in person.
